There are a million ways to pamper your body! You can create spa experiences in your own home. Pamper yourself with some quiet time, a refreshing drink, and a nap. Put your hair up, brush it back or look for a new warm weather style. Treat your legs and arms to a moisturizing treatment after a vigorous exfoliation of the dry skin flakes. Make a foot bath and soak your feet. Give yourself a pedicure to ready your feet for sandal season. Drink plenty of fresh water to re-hydrate your body. Learn a new exercise or start a study of yoga or tai chi. Eat your favorite healthy treats and daydream. Pampering yourself every now and then pays off in relaxation, reduced stress and a healthier you.

STRESS-BUSTING BATH
2 cups sea salt 5 drops lavender essential oil 5 drops sandalwood essential oil 4 drops rosewood essential oil Mix all ingredients together and put into a glass jar with a lid. Store in a dry place. Use a handful in each warm bath. Sea salt contains minerals that regular processed salt does not. It is a wonderful detoxifier for the skin and the spirit.
